patchwork heating pads

I made these as Christmas time. I made long scarf like ones for the men in my family, but of course didn't take any pictures. They were all stuffed with either jasmine rice or flax seed. A little stinky once heated up, but soothing. My boys loved them. These two pretty ones were for my nieces.

I just found this picture from a while ago - last summer? I would like to make another house quilt. This was just practice.
