Giant star quilt
Top done! It's about 60x60 - will work nicely thrown over the back of the couch whenever I get a chance to finish it.
Home Circle block
I've been wanting to try this block out for a long time. I've had it book marked in one of my sewing book for ages. Really neat... It's supposed to be 12.5 inches, but it came out a little bigger, and if I trim it down, it'll cut into the points... So, I'm going to keep it as is, and just make more, hopefully the same size, and sew them together!

Herringbone Block
Trying to squeeze in one block a day while the boys are home for winter break!
Here's a Herringbone Block - tutorial found at Bijou Lovely:

We got about 10 inches of snow over Wednesday night and Thursday, so quilt block pictures are unfortunately having to be taken indoors... I miss the wooden backdrop of my deck...

The Craftsy BOM: Block 6 - the Broken Spider web
The hardest part of this block, believe it or not, was cutting the foundation fabric to 13.5, since my biggest ruler is 12.5 square. It took me three tries!! Anyway, I've never done foundation piecing before as I was too much of a chicken, but it was very easy. Glad I made myself get over the fear! Next month is English Paper Piecing - I'm even more scared of that!!
